There is no "season3" planed for Tsubasa Chronicles anime. It seems that the original authors of manga, CLAMP were unhappy with the adaptation up until now, so BeeTrain animation studio and CLAMP parted their ways.
What is it, story-wise??
Time-wise, TOKYO REVELATIONS events will start up just after the group leaves Rekord. Everything after what, what happened in anime, "erased" from storyline. It is as if everything after that did not happen. OVA1 starts after chapter 106.

No one knows yet. In my opinion, it would start as Mokona drops them to Tokyo, if they start it out as they leave Rekord, I don't know how they'll manage to fit it in a 25 minute OVA.

It's the real story based on volumes 21-23 of the manga. Basically because Bee Train messed everything up, they are going to void animating volumes 10-20, which Bee Train touched on a bit, but a lot will still be omitted
A lot of cool stuff happened too.
So what will happen in the ova?

It comes out with volumes 21-23. But it is the animation of previous volumes ;]. The point on where OVA begins is somewhere around vol14, i think, as it is where "tokyo" stuff happens. Actually there is still a possibility for it to begin with chapters 105-107 as "opening" sequence, like it was done in the "Birdcage" movie(with opening song playing in background, while a certain scene goes on). They have to, somehow place it into some sort of timeline, so i can't see them omiting the very end of Rekord arc from it...

I've seen the pics and Fuuma is gorgeous I wonder how the KamuiFuuma scene would be like.
Wah, i was hoping Kinya would do another song for tsubasa. I mean, he did the opening for the first two season's and the movie, and I think his music really suited the anime as a whole. Here's hoping he does an insert song for the ova or something.
