Go download Aegisub and follow the manual here:

http://aegisub.cellosoft.com/docs/Main_Page

What you end up with once you have followed the manual is a file with a .ass extension. This file can be renamed to match the video file and will be automatically loaded by most good video players.

If you want to insert the subtitles into the same file as the video that is a whole extra step that I'm not going to get into until you have a subtitle file to insert.

Just a quick hint to help you along:
If you post in full and complete (relatively) grammatically correct sentences with properly spelled words, you will likely get more responses quicker...
Remember, this is a forum, not a game...You can take your time to write out your posts - hell, I'm not even sure I understand what the heck you're asking because of the way you wrote it @[email protected]

.srt extension is required if you want a plain subtitle file. If you want styled subtitles (with custom colors, fonts and such) then you have to use an .ass or .ssa file format.

No idea what you mean by "it goes error because it doesn't match with the .srt".

Aegisub can save to srt but it requires using the export function. You do this by using File -> Export Subtitles... then click on Export and set the filename you wish to save with the extension .srt.

When you are in Aegisub with a script open you click on File in the menu at the top and then Export... in the drop-down menu. You then click Export... in the popup that appears. That should display a Save as... menu I think where you name the file <my file>.srt and choose where to put it.

Note: replace <my file> with the name you want for the file.

make your own thread for your problem but you need to either install xvid or dvix and it will solve your problem.

Next time use your own thread. Assuming the subtitles are not embedded into the video and can be turned on and off then you can extract the subtitles.

To extract or add a subtitle file to a video you can use mkvtoolnix. You should be able to find it on google easily.

For editing and creating a subtitle file I prefer aegisub though any normal text editor would work if you are a masochist.

Uhmm... if you want to output the episode as a complete "unit" you will have to download the Aegisub MUXER....

what you do then, is to start the muxer, and add the "movie" to it.. THEN you add the ass file to the files you are using. then, all you have to do is click where it says "Start muxing" simple, but needful.
