Change: Increased the queue processing threads to two. There is now essentially 2x as much bandwidth allocated for those waiting in line. This should hopefully reduce the amount of disconnects that occur.

Nah, it just reduced the number of download slots by 1. There's usually 49 slots and 1 queue manager.. now there's 48 slots and 2 queue managers.

some more changes were made to improve stability. ftvd was restarted

and was restarted again after making some bandwidth throttling changes and changing the number of queue managers from 2 to 4.

question: if there's more slots, downloads are slower? some other servers and such like fileplanet has the problem
