Is there a resolution size you want? If I remember correctly O-L offers 1080P and 720P in mkv.

Do it in 720p. That's what he was watching before.
Also, he only needs episodes 18 and up. He wasn't very clear xD

He's my brother ;P I'm the one who told him to make the request, lol. Apparently his university chokes torrents such that they don't run at all (wont even let him download .torrent files from sites like tokyotosho).

He said he did a search and didn't see them uploaded yet =/ Oh well, thanks for the help.
