I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question, but could I "request" if anyone knows when the release date for Hellsing Ultimate OVA 4 has been set to? most information I can find is that it was Oct 07 but has been postponed? I checked the official site but then realised I can't actually read Japanese

Anyway, the server I'm on does not allow any IRC-, BT- or other programs to be installed and since I'm no admin... I can't use "Add to scheduler" or "Full-service" either.
