Since all subtitled PVs (Promotional Videos) from Japan, Korea, China, etc. are subtitled BY fans and FOR fans, it makes sense for a Fansub hosting group, culminating things together like Fansub.tv does, to include a full listing of subtitled PVs. Some sites who have torrents for these videos...
