I downloaded sao 2 here in torrent and it doesnt have english subtitles

Presumably, the link you clicked on included "raw" in the name. This is to indicate Raw japanese.
Or, in other words:
You may also wish to uncheck "non-english".

Sir norren i downloaded again and i download log horizon horrible subs and i unchecked the non english and it doesnt have subtitles.

I'm not sure I can offer support for that here, but I would suggest updating all your codecs and using something like Media Player Classic or VLC Player.
The player you're using might not support Matroska subtitles.
