These are the 2 English language files from the US Lucent Heart client, they have already been renamed to the correct name for the Japanese client.
How To Use:
1. Backup your existing files in the Japanese client install folder (something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Gamania\LucentHeart\LucentHeart\data\ )
2. Copy these 2 files into that folder.
The game should now be in English.
