To help us to better help you, try to follow these simple rules while asking for help

- Always give as much detailled information about the problem. Saying it does not work is not good enough. Describe exactly what is going on.

- If you get an error message, always copy it back exactly. It may not mean anything to you, but it will help other people to understand what you are experiencing.

- Stay patient. No one is paid to help out over here. We are not online 24 hours a day!

- Stay polite. This goes without saying. But I will still mention it.
Follow your dreams, Never give up, Never be afraid,

Added Rule: If we got misled on a few problems, then we apologize before hand.

Also: If you do have a problem, please look around Bold's FAQs and such before actually posting what your problem is. In other words, if nothing there helps you, post your problem and we will try to resolve it and also add it to the FAQ (sounds good Bold?)
