I liked Ichigo Sheet Music!!

I saw josh's anime sheet music master index but didn't like it...>_>
I never knew all other sites that you have it down! o_O
Maybe I should check it out...

What put you off josh's anime sheet music master index Kei-chan? I found a lot of music there? I suppose that josh's anime sheet music collection is somewhat more convenient as it provides direct links.

Now if you lived a little closer, Kei-chan, we could form a duo and play anime music to our heart's content! Of course if samthebear could be convinced then we'd have a lovely trio! Anyone else want to join in? Do we have enough musicians for an orchestra?

I did found a lot of music there....but I wanted more accurate music scores...
For example, I like anime "Rozen Maiden" and the artist of the opening songs has a really interesting mix of classic music and modern music. (Also, there's a lot of string instruments are used in most of her songs!:D )
Do you want me to send you few of her songs?
I know~ it would have been cool and I haven't done any trio since my dad's busy but so is my mom...=_=
We used to do Piano Trio.......although sometimes I got annoyed because there were different ways to play the piece..

I'm always interested in discovering new music! Send away.

If we have enough musicians for that orchestra then would anyone mind if I conducted!

It would be interesting to try my hand at conducting non-classical repertoire like anime music.

haha! i LOVE using josh's sheet music! i get most of my music from there >.< i use ichigo's sheet music too but i feel like there isn't many songs there =/ ahh i'm not very good with the piano tho >.< technically i'm only up to grade 4 and practically i'm also only about grade 4 standard =/ but i can play other pieces if i really really (i mean REALLY) like the piece. if not it doesn't work i'm afraid =/ so i'm not too great to ask to play in an orchestra =P my brother however on the other hand would do just fine >.< he's doing music for his HSC and he's going to do a duet piece for the exam ^^ he's up to grade 8 on the practical course and about 6 on the theory ^^

Hmm... If i was more opened I would of made a thread like this around the time i signed up.

Anyways, I'm a pianist & keyboards, drummer (many, if not all), and I've conducted some music for school and a small band of mines. Other than that, I know how to play the violin a bit, but never got deeply interested into it because I didn't like the mood I put into it. *sighs in regret*.

Oh, almost forgot, I'm a Disk Jock. DJ for short, but just in case people interpret it wrong o_O. Waka-wakA-vrooo.

Our anime orchestra [in order of appearance] -

Conductor: Nahrallah (perhaps with violin in hand à la Nigel Kennedy ... minus the weird fashion sense)
biggrin.gif

Violin: Kei-chan
Piano: samthebear
Percussion: hamasusuke
Guitar: JCDRANZER

Hmmm ... not quite enough for an orchestra yet. Are there any more musicians out there?

Piano - 12 Years of experience
Guitar - 7 Years of experience
Drums - 6 Years of experience

I play for the national orchestra of Paraguay with Piano as well as getting my teacher's degree last year..
Band with guitar and lead singing..
Worship Team with drums..

Ah! Another musician ... not to mention another teacher!
biggrin.gif
Ok then xcouger which instrument do you want to play in the Anime Orchestra?

Just trying to satisfy my curiosity ... are there any other anime addicted musicians out there?

Somehow the Anime Orchestra quickly became the Anime Ensemble. Would I have more luck with an Anime Choir?

Are there really only 6 FTV members who are musicians? Are there any other fellow musos out there?

Zkage: Watched the YouTube clips. Not really my style of music but the clip was very well produced and the comic looks interesting.

Please excuse the minor thread necromancy.

@Nahrallah : Me=self-taught! Me play electric guitar, though I'm still a beginner and still learning.
smile.gif
(No, I've no chance of shredding or sweeping yet.)

Hideto: Ah! Yet another musician appears on the scene! I've added you to the list.
wink.gif
Music can bring you a lifetime of joy! Keep at it because being able to play a musical instrument is worth all the hard work.
biggrin.gif

New tally: 7 FTV musicians.

I guess you can add me to that musician list as well. I primarily play guitar, but I'm also a half decent trumpet and tuba player
wink.gif

Wow! The musos are coming out of the woodwork!
biggrin.gif

Kazin: You're on the revised list! Do you play electric or acoustic guitar?
Hideto and Kazin do you play any anime music?

New Tally: 8 FTV musicians.
