FTV League's Qualification Phase

Since we had a good turnout last time I was given the chance to host the second round of the FTV League.


Rules:
The changes from previous rounds:

• Each user gets a chance to vote for thier top 5 favorite female anime character, only once.
• The top 10 girls will be qualified for the second League. I plan on doing like this so we don't have the masses vote for the same 10 because of various reasons.
• Qualifications will end November 8th at Midnight +1GMT so get voting everyone.
• No voting for the girls that were in either first or second place from the previous League. After 5 Leagues, there will be a tournament with the top two girls from each of the 5 leagues. (for clarification: the top 2 girls from last league were, Shana and Horo. Votes for these two characters are off limits. Other characters from the previous league are eligible).

General Rules:

• You can only list female characters.
• You have to write down the character name + the name of the anime where she appeared.
• The character has to have appeared in an anime. This means if she has only appeared in a game or manga then votes for her will not be considered. If the anime she is from has not aired yet, you can't vote for her!
• You can only post your list in this thread. For discussion please use the discussion thread
• Edits are allowed, however they have to be in a different color each time(red,green..) and make sure to highlight the "edited by" in Post Options
