I am an administrator at a set of new forums called Anime Ai. We are an Ad-free community that allows for discussion of licenced or unlicenced anime, and a seperate forum for manga. If you would like to join, or even just look around, you may do so here:

Our forums are still very new, so we are still working hard to make them as good as they can be. One way to make them look better is by having more people join!

Wow, the banner is nice, the layout is great and the community is pretty relaxed. I like the look too. However I can identify a "big" problem. Its the same one my failed RGF forums suffered from. Lack of a splash page. It is nessasary for search engines bots to pick up the url from. Admittely the anime community is diverse, thriving, and growing, but you may find this to be a disabling crutch in the future.
