The only things I remember about this is that the characters were a beautiful girl with long, blue hair, a boy with brown which had the shape of a crab, the girl's father was a pirate that had a run-down and almost always broke space travel agency. And there is also a gray alien with a silver suit and golden belt, if memory serves. And, at least in the Portuguese dubed version, the boy's name was Goro (yeah, same as MK).
