No, moderating is not fun... it's work. However, having the power to do what you want is sort of fun.
How do you become a mod? Hang around for a long time and maybe I'll let you in on the secret.
Is it fun working for this site? Well.. moderating itself isn't that fun but if you count being part of "Team H-Game" as 'work' then yes... working can be fun!

Do I sit at a computer all day long? No, that would be rather boring and it's good to get up once in a while.
Do I get paid? If you count ice cream once a month as being paid, then maybe.
Do I watch anime? Sure, since being a moderator is more of a status than a job... there's plenty of time to watch anime in any given day.

An age limit? I suppose you meant an age minimum. No, there's no real age minimum here but there is an emotional age minimum.

1. I work at home whenever i have the time.
2. I think it's fun or else i would never became a mod in the first place
3. That is a secret that takes time to learn
4. Yes it is fun, working here also means:
- Getting to know new people.
- Sharing information with each other.
- Have fun together with comps, teamspeak etc...
5. No i don't, i also go to college, hang out with my friends, and go out in pubs and clubs.
6. I can only wish , but i don't mind or else i wouldn't have taken the job.
7. Offcourse i watch anime, if i didn't i would have never found this site in the first place

1) varies, I'm in school most of the time though
2) it's fun when people get along, but irritating when people keep spamming and don't listen nonetheless, that's when stuff happens, thus the fun of being a mod

4) Yes, because unlike some other forums I'm a part of, people constantly flame each other, spam, etc... and there's no real discussion. It's more like multiple shoutboxes going on at once. What's the point of a forum in that case then?
5) I do when I'm on break I'm a very "technical" person
6) It's more of the question of why should we get paid? We were given the opportunity to "lead" or keep order to the community in a way and since we're all one large community, why should one user benefit so much more over another (well maybe aside from daft since he did create this masterpiece).
7) when I'm off school work load then yes. It would pointless to be a mod if watching anime was not much of a hobby on this site.

I have to sleep and eat too....probably 4-5 hours
