Synopsis: In the decade since the world became aware of the existence of magic, the world has undergone massive upheaval. However, a boy named Touta lives in seclusion in a rural town far removed from these changes. His ordinary life is highlighted by his magic-using female teacher and his supportive friends. When his tranquil daily life is disrupted, he embarks on a unique adventure.

UQ Holder!: Needs more Chisame. Kirie works as a substitute, but there's no substitute for the original Riajuu otaku.
i'm ready! took me a while marathoning all Negima Tv, 0VAs and films again

Weird, I feel as if we skipped an episode with Shinobu... but wait, who was Shinobu again? (*rimshot*)

Also, Kuromaru is even more entertaining in animation, I love how they doubled down on the fog effect in the onsen to make people think they were keeping a secret. XD

you mean ep.3 her look alike Yuki? ;p Love Hina déjàvu, same creator after all! ever wondered its 0P is from Negima S1?... or ep.1 why Yukihime wrote 'Grow watermelons and live in the countryside'? o0, what if Gengoro had 256 lives!:p

Well, it looks like they're really skipping a bunch of stuff to get farther in the plotline, faster.

I'm mildly impressed that with how everything's set up, they can actually attribute this variant timeline to someone's powers, in universe.

I wish they'd been able to stick all these flashbacks in the Manga. At least with the pace they're going, we'll get to see Jack Rakan again, this cour.

Did you see its 0VA? guess they'll release anything skipped alike, yet i must say this 2nd series is becoming totally different... From a school harem romcom to battle shounen with ep'4, Powerful hand assassins (still annoying censorship):(

While I read the original Negima manga it makes me think this is an honest to goodness sequel for the series. In any case I might end up reading the manga if they are cutting out a lot of stuff for the anime here.

guess so aside there's gore then lots of violence and graphic scenes, my mixed feelings if I prefer it over the original... more spinoff than sequel yet good that Chamo didn't censor #5, disliked Karin at first but she rules (After Eva-sama):d

Still wondering if Kuroumaru is a male or female, or one something like D'Eon from Fate/Grand Order where it could go either way here. :3

or Izana (knights of sidonia) telling by ep'6 ;/ if we consider its 0VA, Most likely girl option (that's up to Tota I guess)... Now that Fate is back from series 1 and Kirie finally debuts, i wonder if Chisame will ever return as Norren wants

Kuroumaru is explicitly an Astolfo-chan for a few more years in universe, then (maybe) a He unless something weird happens at some point in the future and he botches his 16th birthday. Which is ALWAYS possible in this series, and may yet happen several years early because of some stuff that happens later. (Come to think of it, this episode is chapters 101 to 103 in the Manga... We're skipping around a bit...)

Speaking of the manga chapter... I really enjoyed the sheer absurdity of Kuryu's introduction in the manga. Touta saw straight through it at the tail end of chapter 101 and Ikku had to walk in an illusionary clone of Kuroumaru in the first few pages of 102- nothing less actually convinced Touta.

funny how alike both scenes are xD yet Karin saw literally nothing, while Ruler just noticed Rider's manliness (F/A 19)... now I get what you mean by riajuu in ep'7, still Kirie's savestate' power is more convenient than ReZero Barusu's ^_^

So with this episode we now have the time loop shenanigans I see, and it seems that Fate has it out for Touta due to him being related to Negi here. As to why I can only hazard a guess as of now though. By that I mean
the same magic that Evageline and Negi could use.

indeed but travels to the past already happened since Negima S1 last eps, so I wonder if I'll see grown-up Asuna too... Now as they accomplish capturing and question Fate in #8, seems he isn't its true antagonist telling by key'visuals <_<

The scene of all three of them talking should have some kind of disclaimer like

"Without magical disguises, all of these individuals appear to be 12 years old."

you mean Negi or Fate (white blood) use a drug too? also, at first I thought #9 was just another mandatory onsen... to not tell usTota the truth yet with oldie Ayaka, her grandaughter and Chachamaru but Eva·tan just did as cliffhanger b)

yup with ep.11 felt a more rushed, battle shonen as martial arts tournament... grandma Asuna saving the day surprised me, Fighting Spirit's creator pic too :)
