Question

I can't get on the silk.fansub.tv server to download...is is messed up or I'm banned? If I'm banned from the server then I want to say that I have use only one connection. That's all.

silk sucks, its that simple. nobody can download silk fansub files

I think Daft's moving most of the eps over to the Sora server... But I'm not sure.

Sora doesn't have nearly enough HD space for that. As I understand it, Sora is for new releases, and Silk is supposed to be the archive server. After a week or so, I'm pretty sure the episode is moved to Silk and deleted from Sora.
