FTV's Second "Official" Anniversary!

As you guys may have known, Fansub.TV celebrates its second year of uptime! During the past year, there have been major inprovements, major downfalls, and... possibly many changes.

Here's a few of the highlights that has been done within FTV upcoming nearly it's last year:

• New Ecchi Pics Thread
• New Servers
• Wider Community
• Forum looks and changes
• New Main Page layout
• Video Steaming
• Fall Animes!
• Art Section
• Fansub.TV awards
• New Moderation Team and Sempais
• Koushin Scheduler
• Watchlist
• Chuukurai Downloader

And that's just to name a few too!

Basically, there's been so many things happening in the forums that it's harder to keep track of what poped up!

In the coming year, We hope to see as much improvements as we see here. Also, we also have surprises of our own when it comes to improving the site overall.

Here, post your comments about what you liked about the past year (can be any anime, any improvements, anything you can think of). This may help us keep what we like and keep what we all like and what you don't like.

where's the poll? last year i think people voted they were amazed the site lasted a year

I remember last years poll, like MKK said alot of people where surprised. I am a member now for like 1,5 year and i don't think this site will be leaving any time soon. I will still be here as long as the site excists. And i hope i will still be here when i am 40 .

Also the improvements made this year by daft are really great and helping the site out alot. Also the staff of mods that we have now are all working to make this a better place, so hands up for everybody that helps to improve this site.

i voted on the upcoming projects, but that's because i can imagine what's coming and if half of the things that daft et al are planning come true.. i'm sure everyone'll be blown apart! FTV is way more ambitious than most people can imagine.. so i'll drink to the 2nd anniversary, and i'll drink to its 3rd too! if all goes well, it'll be amazing...

i want to take this opportunity to thank daft for all his work and for letting me work with him (while putting up with my delays at the same time ), both bold and daft for making me feel inferior (which translates to "damn they're good! there's so much to learn from them..."), the whole FTV team for their work, and every single FTV forum member for making this experience enjoyable seriously, FTV has affected me a LOT, even though i don't even download from it...

Hey, Just wanna give a Big thanks do Daft, and the rest of the FTV crew. Youre improvments on a site that constantly strives to be the best are amazing ^^/

I voted for upcoming projects due this is the only site I know really in tries to become better in other aspects rather then the idea of having hundreds of files to download, in order to be better than other sites. hmmm sorry about the wording but I hope u understand what I mean.

I only joined middle of this year and not overly active around the place, but this site is very enjoyable and the new features are all very useful. I voted for Ecchi pics...keep them coming

I would have to say that the most important thing that has happened was my discovery of the FTV forums. Every thing else that was implemented always had a topic in the forums before it was implemented. The sharing of ideas an information is overwhelming, it is truly a community of those who believe that anime should be a major part of their lives. Truly this interaction is something that has only been imagined in the past, partially implemented but never to such a broad spectrum of anime related interests.

Secondly, something that which many of you may only know about subliminally. That is the presence of the AB Syndicate. Providing endless amounts of support, ideas, and knowledge to fledgling anime groups, the AB Syndicate has provided myself and others endless assistance in every manner possible.

My thanks to FTV and all its staff and creators.

That is so true! The upcoming projects are very exciting and if everything works as planned, it will be great! I hope it does.

Happy Birthday FTV. I'v ebeen around for almost a year now and a lot of things have happened. I'm glad to have stuck with this site through all its good and bad times. I voted on other in the poll, just because there are too many things beyond counting that were added to the site in the past year. Hoping to see some even more additions to the site in the future

I've only been a member of this forum for a bit over a month now, and I find the interaction with the people I've met here lots of fun! I honestly wasn't even aware of all the other things you guys have to offer! Keep it up, but gotta say, I love the forums the most!

it's still about 5 months since i'm registered in here... but i already watched a lot of FTV's events... FTV awards.. etc. it was fun.

anyway, Congratulations FTV!! 2 years has passed with lots of joyful events.. i'll look forward for the next event..
