GIMPshop, this is a 100% free photoshop clone, good for people who arent rich or theives.

Photoshop, this is a rather expensive graphics application. I highly recommend it. Easy to use and has the most features in the industry, only downside is its not free unless you know where to look.

Thx, also, I know where to look, I'm getting Photoshop CS2 v9 right now, so that's the best right?
I use gimp, I used to have photoshop and yes you can get it free if you know what you are doing. For making sigs, it really depends on how good you are, because I can make pretty decent looking things in gimp. One of the only things I miss are the cool brushes and the huge amount of tuts.
